以草漯地區的自然景觀及生態為發想，融入大海、沙丘、溼地鳥類和蓮花等元素，藉由風的流動串連畫面，訴說位於陸海空交界的草漯國小，在日月星辰及時光的流轉之下，不息的傳承故事。
作品說明(英文)
This public artwork is inspired by the natural landscape and ecological environment in Caota District located at the intersection of ocean and inland. Extraordinary elements such as ocean, sand dunes, lotuses and wetland birds, are featured in the design of the murals, and are united through the waved lines like the wind. Together they narrate the story of Caota Elementary School, as time goes by and tradition continues.
