活力綠廊
「多元融合。 漾出色彩」為公共藝術的主題。桃園文昌公園以「活力綠廊」作為設計發展概念。公共藝術以一個有張力的「大弧形」作為廣場空間的焦點，未來結合戶外餐飲區形成具有「城市客廳」概念的迎賓廣場，讓訪客從停車場出來抵達公園廣場時可以感受到桃園的樂活與健康形象。造型上呼應虎頭山的小坵，讓使用者可以躺在綠色隔柵草地上透過藍色隔柵仰望天空，看見抵達桃園國際機場的國際訪客的天空驛站的設計寓意。
““Diversity Integration | Colorful Wave＂ is the theme of the public art. “”Green Pavilion”” is the design and development concept of Taoyuan Wenchang Park. A tensile “”Big Arc”” is used by
the public art as the focus of the plaza space and it will be combined with an outdoor cafe in the future to form a welcoming plaza withthe concept of “”Urban Living Room””, allowing visitors to get the image of
“Healthy & Lohas Taoyuan＂ when they get out of the parking lot and arrive at the park square. The shape echoes the hills of Houtao Mountain, and users may lie on the green trellis carpet and look up at the sky through the blue trellis. It reminds people of the design implication of Taiyuan as the “Sky Harbor of Taiwan＂ with international visitors arriving at Taoyuan International Airport. “
