天空彩帶
「多元融合。 漾出色彩 」為公共藝術的主題。中壢文化公園以「天空彩帶」作為設計發展概念。公共藝術以弧形的流動性緞帶元素，將空間進行「串連」與「引導」。並且在公共藝術的設計方面，融入人性尺度的功能性，成為公園內「街道家具」的一部分，成為強化與使用者互動與滿足周邊兒童公園使用與配套功能的機能。顏色搭配方面以天空的天藍與日出日落的自然黃色進行色彩搭配，強調藝術與自然環境呼應以及與永續發展配合的總體概念。
“Diversity Integration | Colorful Wave＂ is the theme of the public art. “Sky Ribbon” is taken as the design development concept of Zhongli Cultural Park. The arc-shaped fluid ribbon elements are used by the public art to “connect” and “guide” the space. And the function of the human scale is integrated into the design of public art to become a part of the “Urban Furniture” in the park, with the strengthening of the interaction with users and meeting the use and supporting functions of the surrounding children’s parks. The sky blue and the natural yellow of sunrise and sunset are combined in color matching, emphasizing the echo between art and the natural environment as well as the overall concept of sustainable development.
