出水芙蓉
「多元融合。 漾出色彩」為公共藝術的主題。平鎮文化公園以「出水芙蓉 」作為設計發展概念。公共藝術概念上以「埤塘長出來的綻放蓮花」為造型發展方向，結合入口廣場的圓形「漣漪」鋪裝設計，形成具有「地標性」質的公共藝術作品。整體型態的向上綻放的簡化型態，隱喻了空間中的樂活、健康與休憩的特性，配合公園周遭綠色景觀，創造出能融合民眾使用需求以及呼應在地公園特色之藝術作品。

“”Lotus Blossom””. In terms of the public art concept, the shape is derived from the idea of “”Blooming Lotus Growing from the Pond””, and a piece of “”Landmark”” public artwork is created by integrating the circular
“”ripple”” pavement design of the entrance plaza.The simplified form of upward blooming implies the characteristics of LOHAS, health, and recreation in the space. Combined with the green landscape around the park, it is created into the public artwork that integrates the needs of the general public and echoes the features of local parks.”
