人體有無限的可能,但因為職業和生活環境的不同,我們常常慣處於同一種姿態——尤其是站姿或是坐姿。以一個國中生來說,每天「必須做的事情」就是「坐著」聽課、讀書,身體不得不長時間僵在同一個位置。有什麼動作是可以讓人放鬆、或者產生完全不同的感受?
我想呈現一種輕鬆,但是充滿彈性和活力,好像預備要「做些什麼」的狀態。畫面中的各種姿態,可能是一些伸展、放鬆的動作,也可以被稱為是「暖身運動」,因為這些動作讓我們得以伸展筋骨,通體舒暢;而且,不只是運動前需要暖身動作,做所有的事情之前都需要一些「暖身」,只是動作、姿勢的不同。
一連串的暖身動作,為人生展開更多的可能。
The human body is filled with limitless potential, but differences in work and living environments mean we often become accustomed to being sedentary–whether sitting or standing. Middle schools students are “required” to spend much of their time “sitting” listening to teachers or reading, which means they are often stuck in one position for long stretches of time. The question is what actions allow people to relax or create a different sensation? I wanted to showcase relaxing but in a way that also incorporates flexibility and vitality, as if preparing to “do something”. The positions shown in the picture include movements designed to aid stretching and relaxation which can also be characterized as “warming up”. In this context, “warming up” is not merely preparation to engage in sport, it can be useful before a great many activities, with different movements and positions. As such, these movements offer us a wide range of possibilities.
