Black sesame rice cake, reshaped by the artists loving hands, turns into flexible and sticky marble sculptures which symbolizes Hakka people’s spirit of solidarity and unity. The sculptures attract people, especially children, to sit down and relax. The re-invented rice cake sculptures not only spark Hakka people’s nostalgia but also invite people to become part of the artwork, enriching people’s senses and aesthetics.
