梯型方正的基底，象徵「鞏固戰力」之價值座標。
允執厥中的秤臂，彰顯「明慎折獄」之斷案定律。
鏡面剔透的缽體，隱喻「刑期無刑」之終極願景。

This work displays the balance, an emblem of judge advocate, in concrete form to represent its contents:
1. The needle sharp as an arrow emphasizes the responsibility to suppress crimes and maintain justice.
2. The trapezoid stair-shaped base symbolizes the values of military justice to maintain discipline and consolidate forces.
3. The impartial arm-branch manifests the judicial rule to be discerning and deliberate.
4. The metallic mirror shape of round bowl stands for the ultimate idea of penalty to penalize no more.
