獬豸：一直被視為公平正義的象征，獬豸一身凜然正氣，除惡務盡，作奸犯科者無不畏懼。
本作品運用濃厚中國元素「太極」圖形，強調是非分明、陰陽並濟的中國傳統哲學，亦即以博愛的胸懷和精神來制定貫徹法律，其中鼓的造型更是一鼓作氣、正氣凜然的表徵。
作品外圍一道旋轉向上的金屬軌道，有著向上提昇努力發展的期許。
Xiezhi has always been regarded as the symbol of justice in Chinese ancient law culture. Xiezhi emanates awe-inspiring justices that exterminate all evil and puts fears in the hearts of the wrongdoers.
The artwork derives inspiration from the rich Chinese cultural element of “Taichi”, which emphasizes the traditional Chinese philosophy of distinguishing right from wrong, as well as seeking a balance between Yin and Yang. In other words, the objective is to institute and implement the law with the aspiration and spirit of philanthropy in mind. In particular, the drum-shape further signifies the symbolic meaning of vigorous effort and imposing righteousness.
The metallic railing spiraling upwards around the artwork symbolizes the expectations for further self-improvement and development.
