The work of art depicts the image of launched artillery taking flight with victory amid steams and smoke. It stands for the power of complete victory. Layer after layer, it is shaped like a firm hard rock, symbolizing the meanings that the base “stands as firm as the supreme Tai Mountain” and “guards it land with perfect power”.
