平安福祿來
以中國數字「8」的「葫蘆」造型與「發」的諧音，做為市場發展及綜合大樓社會發展的宏觀願景，作品運用不鏽鋼鍛造出現條流暢、溫潤細緻的立體雙圓，搭夠誠象徵「健康」、「福祿」與「平安」的葫蘆瓶型，局部飾以客家花布中象徵客家繁榮的牡丹圖騰，展演了人們對幸福的憧憬與祝願。作品下方的階梯式基座，鑲嵌著民眾票選出來的幸福圖騰，形塑新世代「平安、新興、富足」的美好印記及群我關係的「和諧」與「圓滿」，完整呈現「平鎮」與「新富」所內蘊的文字意涵。
Using the shape and homonym of Chinese figure “8” to “Gourd” and “prosperity” as a homonym, they are then being founded on the macro-vision of market and social development of the prehensive building. The artwork has made use of stainless steel to forge a 3-D double circle with smooth lines and gentle and meticulous contour as they constitute the gourd-shape bottle that symbolizes “health”, “founded and prosperity” and “peace”. Besides, it is also partially decorated with Hakka flower cloth in the shape of peony totems that symbolize wealth and prosperity, and shows the longing and wishes of the people for a happy life. The stepped pedestal under the work is inlaid with the totem of happiness voted by the people , and it is found in the form of the beautiful imprint among the new generation for “peace, newness, and prosperity”. As such, the totem should demonstrate the “harmony” and “satisfaction” of the relationships between the group and the self, fully presenting the textual meaning as contained in “Ping Zhen” and “Xin Fu”.
