以泰雅傳統 lmuhuw(祖訓的內容)傳述為內容，結合巴陵地區的自然 生態，泰雅的人文歷史，以及本機構綜合服務的概念運用泰雅織布 的傳統技藝與知識，融合現代媒材進行創作。

The design features the ancestor’s preaching from traditional Tayan societies, and it incorporates the elements of ecological landscape of Baling, Taoyuan, the culture and history of Tayan ethnic group and the core value of our institute to server the society. It is made by traditional Tayan weaving skills yet with modern materials.
