《國防巨輪》以陸軍大戰輪為發想，扁圓型中空量體，藉十二條巨帶向輪軸延伸，象徵軍力由四面八方匯聚，眾心團結齊心為國防。十二數字代表一年的十二個月份，隱喻國防全年無休，順應大自然節氣，集天時、地利、人和之貴，為龍山營區之向心標的。

Inspired by the wheels of land force, Wheel of National Defense is made hollow in the middle, with twelve belts stretching and twiring into the core of the wheel. The twisting and bounding symbolize that the force of the army comes from everywhere to unite as one regarding national defense. The number twelve also symbolizes that national defense serves all year round for our country and people.
