《合群系列》創作是對於社會體制下，人們因為種種規則與價值觀，所形成的群體樣貌，進行探討其構成機制與群體相似表象底下的反思。透過雕塑的工作方法，將有機的木材質進行「仿製雕刻」，不同於複製生產的加工製造，而是透過手工雕刻的方式，指向人與人相互模仿的行為。此系列人像沒有絕對的數量限制，透過每尊人像共同描繪出結構機制中的理想樣貌。

Fit In Series are concerned with the mutual pull between the individual and the collective within Asian social structures, and seek out the hidden forces that keep human beings in check. By changing the method of sculpture and the creative application of different media, imitation serves as a core from which to discuss the conditions of similarities that exist between human beings, and between objects, but which are differentiated from mere duplication; and from this, to excavate a more truthful aspect behind the everyday phenomena.
